Brand Ambassador

Be the energy on the ground. Represent top brands at live events, activations, and experiential campaigns in your city.

Overview

As a Brand Guruz Ambassador, you are the face of our partner brands on the ground. You’ll execute live activations, engage directly with consumers at events, retail locations, trade shows, and pop-ups, creating memorable, in-person brand experiences that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty.

What You'll Do?

  • Execute on-ground brand activations at events, festivals, malls, retail locations, and high-traffic venues
  • Engage face-to-face with consumers — demo products, distribute samples, and drive product trial
  • Set up and manage branded displays, booths, kiosks, and experiential installations
  • Educate consumers on brand features, benefits, and promotions with energy and confidence
  • Track key metrics: foot traffic, samples, leads, and feedback
  • Represent the brand professionally — maintain appearance standards and deliver consistent messaging
  • Collaborate with event managers and field marketing teams to ensure seamless activation logistics

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Outgoing, approachable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with the public in high-energy, fast-paced environments
  • Reliable and punctual — able to commit to scheduled activation dates and shifts
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (booth setup, carrying supplies)
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent brands with enthusiasm and authenticity
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to activation locations within your region

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in brand activations, field marketing, promotions, or street team work
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities for engaging diverse audiences on-site
  • Basic knowledge of social media to capture and share activation moments in real time
  • Familiarity with event setup, POS systems, or inventory tracking
  • First aid certification or crowd management training
