Hazelview Properties wanted to build awareness and connect directly with residents, prospective renters, and community members in Toronto’s Bloor and Dufferin neighbourhood.
The objective was to create an engaging street-level experience during the 2026 BIG on Bloor Festival that would introduce visitors to Hazelview Properties, Station House, and the larger Bloor Crossing community.
The activation needed to attract attention within a busy festival environment, encourage meaningful conversations, and give prospective residents an opportunity to learn more about the new rental community taking shape nearby.
Hazelview Properties is a national rental housing provider with more than 25 years of experience offering professionally managed apartments across Canada.
The company develops new purpose-built rental communities and revitalizes existing rental properties with a focus on quality, sustainability, responsible management, and resident well-being.
For this activation, Hazelview Properties promoted Station House, its new purpose-built rental community located within the Bloor Crossing development at Bloor Street West and Dufferin Street.
Brand Guruz coordinated and completed the on-site booth setup for Hazelview Properties at the BIG on Bloor Festival on Bloor Street West in Toronto.
The setup was completed ahead of the event to ensure the booth was ready for the Hazelview Properties team on July 18 and 19, 2026.
Every element was positioned to create a clean, welcoming, and professional booth within the outdoor festival environment.
The booth was successfully installed and prepared for Hazelview Properties before the event opened.
The completed booth provided Hazelview Properties with a clean and recognizable presence at one of Toronto’s prominent outdoor community festivals.
The organized setup helped the brand stand out within a crowded street environment.
The booth installation was completed within the required setup window, allowing the Hazelview Properties team to begin the event without delays caused by installation or logistics.
The tent, signage, tables, displays, and supporting materials were arranged to create a cohesive and professional presentation.
Once the setup was completed and inspected, the activation space was handed over to the Hazelview Properties team fully prepared for the two-day event.
